Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate courier shipments and bookings.
• Manage delivery exceptions and liaise with carriers.
• Update shipment information and POD data.
• Provide customer service and updates to customers.
• Support operations with pallet shipments and van collections when needed.
