White Recruitment Limited is seeking a Courier Coordinator in Chandlers Ford, near Southampton. The role operates Monday to Friday within a global courier and logistics environment, focusing on maintaining smooth shipments and superior customer service.

The package includes a £28,000 salary plus benefits. Ideal candidates will have courier or logistics experience, strong customer service skills, and a full UK driving licence to manage domestic and international shipments and carrier

Qualifications

• Previous experience within courier, parcel, express, or logistics operations.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience dealing with domestic and/or international courier shipments.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing courier delivery exceptions and resolving service issues with carriers.
• Communicating updates and solutions directly to customers.
• Updating Proof of Delivery (POD) information for pallet deliveries.
• Booking pallet shipments through carrier portals.
• Assisting the operations team with: Domestic parcel shipments, International courier bookings, Same-day and dedicated vehicle movements.
• Monitoring shipment progress using internal systems and carrier portals.
• Providing administrative support using Microsoft Excel, Word, and internal logistics systems.
• Occasionally supporting collection activity by van when operationally required.
