FLT COUNTERBALANCE DRIVER – IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY

Location : Ravensthorpe & Mirfield (WF13 / WF14)

Pay : £12.97 – £14.28 per hour depending on shift

Job Type : Temp to Perm

We are recruiting for our fantastic client based across Ravensthorpe and Mirfield, known for producing premium pillows and quilts. They are seeking an experienced, licence-holding Counterbalance FLT Driver who is motivated, reliable and committed to maintaining excellent operational standards.

This role involves a mix of FLT operation and general warehouse duties, with a strong focus on safely and efficiently moving high-quality products throughout the facility.

Key Requirements :

• Valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT licence
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience operating FLT in a warehouse environment
• Ability to follow Health & Safety procedures and work safely at all times

Responsibilities :

• Operating the Counterbalance FLT to load, unload and move materials
• Using warehouse systems for accurate stock and inventory management
• Completing routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Supporting shipping and receiving processes
• Communicating effectively to support workflow and logistics
• Using basic numeracy for stock counting and reporting
• Assisting with general warehouse duties when required

Shifts Available :

• Rotating Monday to Friday : 06 : 15–14 : 15 / 14 : 15–22 : 15 (paid at £12.97 per hour)
• Fixed Nights Monday to Friday : 22 : 15–06 : 15 (paid at £14.28 per hour)
• Optional overtime available
