Key accountabilities

We are seeking a talented manager to join our growing, award-winning corporate tax team.

The role suits an ambitious manager with experience advising on a wide range of matters, from complex tax compliance to bespoke advisory projects. Experience may include M&A transactions, complex real estate transactions, or OMB advisory. The role is primarily advisory-focused but includes managing a portfolio of complex compliance clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing tax advisory services to new and existing clients
  • Offering tax structuring, due diligence, and restructuring advice
  • Conducting detailed technical research
  • Handling ad-hoc technical queries
  • Delivering high-quality compliance and reporting services
  • Serving as the first contact for clients
  • Recruiting, supervising, and training junior staff
  • Participating in business development and proposals
  • Adhering to risk procedures

Experience with clients across various sectors is desirable but not essential.

The ideal candidate would be ACA and/or CTA qualified with post-qualification experience.
