Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver audit assignments from planning through to completion
  • Supervise junior team members, provide clear delegation, and offer mentorship and feedback
  • Maintain strong client relationships and handle client communications with confidence
  • Assist with billing, WIP, and cash collection to meet internal targets
  • Ensure compliance with practice management and quality control processes
  • Support recruitment and HR initiatives across the audit department
Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualification with years post‑qualification experience
  • 12–18 months in a similar Assistant Manager role
  • Strong understanding of UK GAAP, IFRS, and experience in group consolidations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while fostering team collaboration
