Job summary

Kingsley Wood is seeking a Corporate Solicitor at partner level to lead high-value transactions and contribute to business development. You will work with an established client following, exercise autonomy over matters, and help shape the firm's future.

You should have 4+ years PQE in corporate law, strong drafting and advocacy skills, and a proven ability to generate new work through contacts. Flexible, entrepreneurial and client‑focused professionals are encouraged to apply.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills

• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment
