Job summary

Kingsley Wood seeks a Corporate Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE to join as a Partner and lead on corporate matters while developing client relationships.

You will enjoy true autonomy, flexible hours, and the chance to build your own following within a supportive, modern infrastructure and a collaborative partner network.

Earn up to 85% of what you bill, with a minimum 75%, backed by full administrative, compliance, and operational support to drive growth.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
• Is comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
