Job summary

Kingsley Wood is seeking a Corporate Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join us as a Partner and drive business development. You will manage client relationships and fee arrangements while contributing to strategic growth.

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer with strong drafting and advocacy skills, capable of generating work through existing contacts and BD initiatives in a flexible, modern working environment.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate
