Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in corporate law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Comfortable generating work via existing contacts and BD initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial and growth‑minded with client following.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Partner with oversight of client relationships and matters.
• Lead business development and grow a personal client following.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
• Is comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
