Kingsley Wood seeks a Corporate Solicitor to join as a Partner, with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to lead client relationships and participate in business development. You will enjoy autonomy, flexible fee arrangements, and the ability to build your own client following within a supportive, modern platform.

Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Comfortable generating work through contacts and BD initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow client following.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
• Is comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
