Job summary

Kingsley Wood is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to assume a Partner role with responsibility for a broad range of corporate law matters and active participation in business development. You will enjoy autonomy over client relationships and fee arrangements, with flexibility in hours and days to suit a modern practice.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years PQE in corporate law, strong drafting and advocacy skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset geared toward growing a personal client following within a

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law

• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment
