Job summary

Kingsley Wood is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join as a Partner, with control over client relationships, fee arrangements and business development. You will thrive in a flexible, modern environment and contribute to a scalable litigation client following.

You will bring 4+ years PQE in corporate law, excellent drafting and advocacy, and an entrepreneurial mindset to grow your own practice within a trusted community.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
• Is comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
