Job summary

Kingsley Wood is a leading innovative legal consultancy enabling experienced lawyers to run independent practices with strong support and modern tech infrastructure. We seek a Corporate Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join as a Partner, with autonomy over client relationships and fee arrangements.

You will be responsible for business development, expanding your client base, and thriving in a flexible, modern working environment while leveraging the firm’s admin and tech support.

Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills
• Comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills

• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
