The candidate should be commercially astute, with 4+ years PQE in corporate law, strong drafting and advocacy skills, and a willingness to build a personal client following within a flexible, modern working environment.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills

• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
