Job summary

Kingsley Wood seeks a Corporate Solicitor with strong corporate experience to join as a Partner, taking control of client relationships and fee arrangements while driving business development.

You will lead complex corporate matters and have the autonomy to grow your own client following within a flexible working environment.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
• Is comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
