Kingsley Wood is seeking a Corporate Solicitor with 4+ PQE to join as a Partner, gaining control over client relationships, fee arrangements, and the opportunity to develop a personal client following. This role offers autonomy, flexible hours, and a high-fee share model (75–85%).

You'll receive full admin, compliance, and operational support, access to a collaborative partner network, and modern legal tech to scale your practice.

Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Experience generating work via contacts and business development initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow client following.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law

• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
