Job summary

Kingsley Wood is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join as a Partner, with strong experience across complex corporate law. You will enjoy full control over client relationships, fee arrangements, and the freedom to build your own client following within a supportive platform.

You will work in a flexible, modern environment, with autonomy on hours and days, while benefiting from a collaborative partner network and comprehensive administrative support.

Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law.
• Strong technical drafting and advocacy skills.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following.
• Experience generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law
