Job summary

Kingsley Wood, a pioneering legal consultancy, seeks a Corporate Solicitor to join as a Partner and drive business development.

You will have control over client relationships, fee arrangements, and the opportunity to build a scalable litigation client following within a modern, autonomous framework.

Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law.
• Strong technical drafting and advocacy skills.
• Ability to generate work through existing contacts and BD initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial and motivated to grow client following.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a Corporate Solicitor with Partner-level responsibilities.
• Engage in business development and client relationship growth.
• Manage complex corporate transactions and advise clients.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills

• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
