Job summary

Kingsley Wood is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join as a Partner with autonomy to manage client relationships and fee structures. You will work across a broad range of corporate matters and drive business development to grow your own client following.

Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law.
• Strong technical drafting and advocacy skills.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law

• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment
