Job summary

Kingsley Wood, a pioneering legal consultancy in Manchester, is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join us as a Partner, with full control over client relationships and fee arrangements. This role offers genuine autonomy within a trusted community and modern tech infrastructure.

You should have 4+ years PQE in corporate law, sharp drafting and advocacy skills, and a proven ability to generate work through existing contacts and BD initiatives.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law
