Job summary

Kingsley Wood is a boutique legal consultancy offering a partner-led model with true autonomy and a flexible structure. We seek a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across complex corporate law to operate as a Partner, owning client relationships and fee arrangements.

You will drive business development, leverage your network, and grow your own client following within a modern, supportive tech-enabled infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in corporate law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Ability to generate work through existing contacts and business development initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow own client following.

Responsibilities

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
• Is comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
