You will enjoy control over client relationships and fee arrangements, supported by full admin, compliance, and modern tech. This role suits entrepreneurial, commercially minded lawyers who want to build and scale their own

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in corporate law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Able to generate work via existing contacts and business development initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following.
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Partner in a Corporate role and participate in business development.
• Manage client relationships and fee arrangements.
• Drive new business and contribute to strategy within Kingsley Wood.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
• Is comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
