As the Corporate Security Systems Analyst Senior for the EMEA Region, you will be responsible for the maintenance and fault diagnostics of all security systems and support the EMEA Corporate Security Manager Senior with systems design, project management, and implementing corporate and physical security systems. You will also work closely with the Corporate Security Coordinator and support with the management of the security systems vendor.
Corporate Security mission is to protect FIS staff and assets against physical threats. We provide cost-effective, productivity-enhanced, technology-based solutions supporting and underpinning the FIS security strategy. Our objectives include:
Provide a secure environment for FIS to protect people, physical assets, and information.
Respond to and provide intelligence for life safety events affecting FIS interests.
Provide direction for all corporate security activities within the organization.
Act to ensure security processes are performed in full compliance with all regulatory, legal and clients' contractual security requirements.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive physical and environmental risk review and analysis process.
Liaise with federal, state, and local law enforcement, and investigative and emergency services.
Fault diagnostic, troubleshooting and repair security systems/equipment, as necessary.
Installing, configuring, and maintaining security systems, including alarms, surveillance cameras, access control, etc.
Configure software and hardware, and provide support and training as needed.
Supervise technicians and subcontractors for assigned projects.
Support with systems design, project management, and implementing corporate and physical security systems.
Support with post preventative maintenance and system life span planning.
Build strong working relationships with management, company peers, and industry counterparts to ensure company goals align with current security industry and regulatory trends.
Keep senior management informed about the status of security issues and initiatives.
Identify security gaps and opportunities and develop appropriate mitigation recommendations and plans from a multidisciplinary perspective.
Train end users on the basic operations of deployed systems.
Coordinate and communicate with staff to efficiently complete projects on time and within budget.
Support other functions of the department/company as needed.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to guarantee a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
Experience in designing security for new buildings or facilities, including the placement of access control systems, cameras, and visitor management systems.
Project management or equivalent experience with integrated products and services.
Experience in working with or supervising subcontractors.
Previous training and experience working with basic electricity, low voltage, and modern security devices, such as CCTV, Access Control, and alarm systems.
Strong technical skills and understanding of security systems and networking.
Ability to read and understand building schematics.
Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
Quick learning ability and the capability to find technical answers or solutions independently.
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience with CCure 9000, Avigilon, Victor applications.
