The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and confident Receptionist to provide exemplary front‑of‑house services for one of our distinguished clients in the City of London. The successful candidate will be a highly professional, proactive, and customer‑focused individual who excels in a fast‑paced corporate environment and is committed to delivering a consistently welcoming and polished experience to all occupiers and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a professional and courteous welcome to all visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Proactively engage with occupiers and visitors, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Professionally manage incoming calls, handling enquiries efficiently and courteously.
  • Oversee visitor management, ensuring seamless coordination and adherence to security protocols.
  • Support lobby hosting duties and building events, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain a high standard of front‑of‑house service, identifying opportunities for improvement where appropriate.
Person Specification
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Receptionist or Front‑of‑House role within a corporate office environment.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure, managing multiple priorities while maintaining service excellence.

Position Details

Full‑time: 45 hours per week (Monday to Friday, shifts between 7:30am and 7:00pm)
