Job summary

Shell is seeking an Experienced Corporate Digital Channels Adviser to drive the corporate narrative across shell.com. You will lead content strategy, define information architecture, and align with governance across global markets.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in corporate digital content and web management.
• Strong understanding of how content supports corporate reputation and business objectives.
• Experience shaping and optimizing web content structures for usability and discoverability.
• Expertise in SEO and GEO with best-practice embedding into content.
• Analytical capability using data and performance metrics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of corporate web content strategy across shell.com.
• Define content structures, user journeys and content models in partnership with the Web Assurance team.
• Define and implement scalable global-to-local content frameworks across corporate pages.
• Lead the corporate communications experience across key shell.com sections like 'Who we are', 'What we do' and 'News and Insights'.
• Own strategic planning and optimisation of the homepage with cross-team collaboration.
• Lead optimisation of corporate content for search and AI-driven discovery (SEO/GEO).
• Use analytics and performance insights to continuously optimise content and prioritisation.
• Ensure integration of corporate communications across web and owned digital channels.
• Own and optimise digital storytelling formats across shell.com, including 'Our Stories' and 'The Energy Podcast'.
