Shell is seeking an experienced Corporate Digital Channels Adviser to shape and optimise Shell's global corporate web content. You will drive consistency across channels, define information architectures, and lead homepage strategy in collaboration with Strategic Communications and Brand teams.

You will use analytics and SEO best practices to improve content discoverability and ensure integration across owned digital channels, while partnering with stakeholders to align with corporate priorities

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in corporate digital content and web management.
• Strong experience shaping and optimising web content structures (information architecture, page design, content models).
• Advanced SEO and GEO expertise applied to content development and optimisation.
• Strong analytical capability using data, search insights and performance metrics.
• Experience managing multi-format digital content (web, video, audio) and channel-level delivery.
• Experience collaborating across a large stakeholder network to drive performance.

• Define corporate content structures, user journeys, and content models in partnership with Web Assurance.
• Implement scalable global-to-local content frameworks across corporate pages for consistency.
• Own homepage strategy and optimisation in line with priorities and audience needs.
• Lead optimisation of corporate content for search and AI-driven discovery.
• Use analytics and performance data to improve discoverability and prioritise content.
• Ensure integration of corporate communications across web and owned channels.
