Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Digital Content & Delivery Manager to lead the governance and execution of our corporate website, working with a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality content and improved user journeys.

You will drive the transition to an AI-enabled content platform, collaborating with AI, Lab and platform teams, while ensuring content is structured, cited and surfaced effectively for geo and search performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, delivering work from brief to execution.
• Experience leading website development and delivery across large-scale platforms.
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with AI literacy and responsible use of AI to drive efficiency and creativity.

Responsibilities

• You'll build strong internal relationships and collaborate with multiple teams across the business.
• You'll be highly organised, with experience managing multiple projects and workstreams, prioritising effectively.
• You'll collate and prioritise development work, website issues and defects, supporting scoping and sizing.
• You'll have technical knowledge to support decisions on future development and enhancements.
• You'll help drive the transition of the website towards an AI-enabled platform, with AI/LLM as core audience.
• Partner with AI, Lab and platform teams to embed AI into CMS workflows and tooling.
• Maintain day-to-day website content using a CMS to ensure accuracy and discoverability.
• Support the route to live process for the website, coordinating testing and sign-off, with potential out-of-hours work.
• Present progress and priorities to senior stakeholders with clear updates.
