Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an experienced Digital Delivery Manager in the Group Corporate Affairs team to elevate lloydsbankinggroup.com as the premier digital channel for partners, investors, media and potential employees.

You will oversee and develop the corporate website, drive the AI-driven content strategy, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure a high-quality, accessible user experience. Strong project management and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to produce clear and accurate content.
• Experience working with onshore and offshore development teams and managing priorities.
• Experience leading website development and delivery.
• Proven experience in project management, delivering work from brief to execution.
• Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager, user journeys and website optimisation and standards.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence to handle workflows and priorities in an Agile environment.
• AI literacy: a curious mindset and proven experience of responsibly leveraging AI to drive efficiency and enhance creativity.
• A strong technical understanding and the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience of Adobe Analytics and Content Square, including performance measurement and journey mapping (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop the Lloyds Banking Group corporate website as the primary external platform for engaging with partners, investors, media and prospective employees.
• Collaborate with multiple teams across the business to drive the digital journey forward.
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines.
• Collate and prioritise development work, website issues, defects, and support scoping and sizing.
• Support transition of the site towards an AI-enabled platform, working with AI, Lab and platform teams.
• Ensure content is structured and surfaced for AI-generated outputs and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).
• Maintain day-to-day website content using a CMS, ensuring accuracy, optimisation, and discoverability.
• Coordinate testing, sign-off, and issue resolution for the live deployment process, with possible out-of-hours work.
• Present progress and priorities clearly to senior stakeholders.
