Qualifications

• Strong experience writing and managing customer-facing content across digital channels.
• Ability to turn complex subjects into straightforward, accessible language.
• Experience working with compliance, legal or governance stakeholders on customer communications.
• Experience developing content in line with customer and business goals.
• Confidence collaborating with colleagues across product, marketing and design.
• Strong organization skills, with the ability to manage several priorities at the same time.
• Understanding of digital content strategy and customer engagement.
• Financial services, pensions, workplace savings, CMS or regulated communications experience would be valuable.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging, jargon-free copy for emails, webpages, digital tools and customer journeys.
• Develop content approaches that support customer and business priorities.
• Manage content lifecycle and keep information accurate and up to date.
• Work with compliance and Advertising Standards colleagues to create clear, fair communications.
• Partner with product teams to explain features and benefits in an understandable way.
• Support digital and offline communications, including email and direct mail campaigns.
• Champion accessible, customer-focused writing and share content best practices across the team.
• Help ensure communications give customers the information they need to make informed decisions.
