Legalandgeneral is seeking a Copy & Content Manager to join our Workplace Savings team, turning complex information into clear, usable content across digital and offline channels. You will craft engaging copy, manage content lifecycle, and work with compliance and product teams to deliver customer-friendly communications.

The role emphasises accessible writing, collaboration across marketing, design and product, and a strong focus on helping customers make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience writing and managing customer-facing content across digital channels.
• Ability to turn complex subjects into accessible language.
• Experience with compliance, legal or governance stakeholders on customer communications.
• Experience developing content aligned with customer and business goals.
• Collaboration across product, marketing and design.
• Strong organisational skills to manage several priorities.
• Understanding of digital content strategy and customer engagement.
• Experience in financial services, pensions, workplace savings or regulated communications would be valuable.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging copy for emails, webpages, digital tools and customer journeys.
• Develop content approaches that support customer and business priorities.
• Manage content lifecycle and keep information accurate and up to date.
• Work with compliance and Advertising Standards colleagues to create clear, fair and appropriate communications.
• Partner with product teams to explain product features and benefits in a way customers can understand.
• Support digital and offline communications, including email and direct mail campaigns.
• Champion accessible, customer-focused writing and sharing content best practice across the team.
• Help ensure communications give customers the information they need to make informed decisions.
