Legal & General (L&G) is seeking a Copy & Content Manager to join the Workplace Savings team. You will craft clear, engaging communications for members across digital and offline channels, turning complex information into accessible copy.

This hands-on role blends copywriting with content management, stakeholder collaboration, and a strong focus on customer outcomes. You’ll work with product, marketing and design to explain features and benefits clearly.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to write and manage customer-facing content across digital channels.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, accessible language.
• Experience coordinating with compliance, legal or governance stakeholders on communications.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging copy for emails, webpages, digital tools and customer journeys.
• Develop content strategies aligned with customer and business goals.
• Manage content lifecycle and keep information up to date.
• Collaborate with compliance and advertising standards teams to ensure clear, fair communications.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers in accessible language.
• Support both digital and offline communications, including email and direct mail campaigns.
• Share content best practices and promote accessible writing across the team.
• Help ensure communications empower customers to make informed decisions.
