Liverpool | Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary
Thornton Legal is working with an established Liverpool law firm looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its residential property team.
The firm is looking for someone with at least 3-4 years' PQE who is comfortable managing their own caseload from instruction through to completion. Solicitors with up to approximately 10 years' PQE are also encouraged to apply, with the firm placing greater emphasis on finding the right person than on recruiting at a particular salary level.
The position offers two days' working from home each week following successful completion of probation, alongside access to an established team of support staff.
You will take responsibility for your own residential conveyancing caseload, managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
The firm is particularly interested in solicitors who are confident working independently, maintaining good relationships with clients and other parties involved in transactions, and ensuring matters progress efficiently.
You will be joining an existing residential property department with a number of experienced fee earners. The Liverpool team also includes two paralegals, an assistant and a trainee solicitor, all of whom will be available to support the successful candidate.
As a qualified solicitor, you will also be able to assist with matters requiring solicitor-level authorisation and certification.
A solicitor qualification is essential for this particular appointment.
