Job summary

Thornton Legal in Liverpool is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a full caseload from instruction through to completion. You’ll join an established team in a hybrid Liverpool office with two days at home each week after probation, and you’ll have access to a supportive staff including paralegals and an assistant.

The firm values autonomy, flexibility in seniority, and salary discussions based on experience. Candidates with 3–10 PQE are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years PQE in residential conveyancing; able to manage own caseload from inception to completion.
• Experience handling transactions independently from instruction to completion.
• Strong technical knowledge of the residential conveyancing process; able to meet deadlines and maintain high client service standards.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Maintain relationships with clients and other parties to ensure matters progress efficiently.
• Collaborate with the team and support staff to manage workload and deadlines.
