Job summary

Puro Associates in Liverpool is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join a growing team. You will manage a full conveyancing caseload, handling sales, purchases, remortgages and equity transfers with a focus on excellent client care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build properties and shared ownership.
• Provide clear, practical and timely advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders, brokers, solicitors and other third parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions.
• Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds and supporting legal documentation.
• Maintain excellent file management, compliance and regulatory standards.
• Resolve legal issues efficiently while managing client expectations.
• Work collaboratively with legal assistants and colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance the client experience.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join a well-established and growing law firm in Liverpool.

Key Responsibilities

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer (CLC), Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) or an individual actively working towards qualification.
• Previous experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property transactions.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, commercially aware and solutions-focused.
• A collaborative team player with a positive and professional approach.
