Job summary

You will manage a full conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and leasehold matters.

Residential Conveyancer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing law firm in Liverpool. This role would suit a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner who is looking to handle a varied residential property caseload within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Role

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and leasehold matters.
• Providing practical and commercially focused advice to clients.
• Liaising with estate agents, lenders, brokers and other solicitors.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, reports on title and completion documentation.
• Maintaining high standards of client care throughout the transaction process.
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure transactions progress efficiently.

The Candidate

• Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
• Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently while remaining a team player.
• Client-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
