Job summary

eNL in Liverpool City Centre seeks a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE to join our busy conveyancing team. The role covers a varied caseload for local and national clients, from instruction to completion, with a salary in the £30,000 to £50,000 range.

You will manage your own cases, advise clients through the conveyancing process, build strong relationships, and help grow the residential property department, in a supportive, established practice.

Qualifications

• PQE of at least two years in residential property conveyancing.
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residential property transactions.
• Advise clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Develop relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Support the growth of the residential property department.
