Job summary

Henderson Scott is seeking an experienced Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor to join its residential property team in Manchester. You will manage your own caseload, work with modern systems, and enjoy strong administrative support and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancer.
• Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property transactions.
• Commercially aware and capable of building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Handling Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build transactions and shared ownership matters.
• Advising clients throughout the transaction process and reviewing/drafting legal documentation and contracts.
• Investigating title issues and reporting on searches.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors.
• Ensuring matters progress efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements and delivering high levels of client care.

• Delivering exceptional levels of client care and maintaining strong client relationships.
