Overview

Conveyancing Assistant – Sutton Coldfield, hybrid, full time with part time option available. Salary: £28,000 p/a.

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is delighted to be working with a technology software company based in Sutton Coldfield. They are looking for someone to join the administrative team as a Conveyancing Assistant. This role is suitable for someone with knowledge and experience in conveyancing who wants a different environment from a traditional law firm.

This is a customer-facing position where you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive the correct products within agreed deadlines. You will build strong relationships and provide knowledgeable, friendly support over the phone and online.

Responsibilities
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Processing new orders accurately and efficiently
  • Advising customers on which searches to order
  • Supporting customers in using our online platform
  • Resolving queries and managing accounts
The Person / Qualifications
  • Experience within conveyancing or legal industry
  • Confident communicator with strong telephone manner
  • Able to build rapport and long-term customer relationships
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
