Job summary

Arvato in the United Kingdom seeks an Operations Team Leader to drive day-to-day operations, lead the team, plan workflows, and ensure service levels and quality standards are met.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll tackle problems, improve processes, and support your people to run an efficient operation. Experience with SAP and a commitment to continuous improvement are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with computerised systems.
• Experience in a temperature-controlled environment is advantageous.
• Reliable with good time management and organisational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to take ownership and drive issues to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to achieve and exceed SLAs and targets.
• Plan and distribute work orders, balancing workloads and resources.
• Coordinate daily operations to ensure timely delivery of activities.
• Be the first point of contact for process and technical issues and escalate as needed.
• Identify operational issues and drive corrective actions and improvements.
• Own SLA compliance and maintain service levels.
• Use SAP to manage and monitor operations.
• Support resource planning including staffing and infrastructure.
• Create, analyse, and evaluate operational reports to drive decisions.
• Maintain and continuously improve quality and service standards.
• Provide day-to-day people management, coaching and development.
