Arvato is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our Corby site to lead day-to-day warehouse operations and drive performance across customer service KPIs. You will coach supervisors, optimise labour and foster a strong safety culture in a fast-moving logistics environment.

You'll analyse data, implement Lean improvements, and build effective relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure operational excellence and meet contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Operations Manager role within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience managing KPIs, SLAs and customer expectations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
• Experience of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• A passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-moving environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring customer service levels and operational KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Develop, coach and inspire your Operations Supervisors and operational colleagues to maximise performance and engagement.
• Drive a strong health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor operational performance, analysing data and implementing improvement initiatives to increase productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Manage labour planning and resource allocation to meet changing business demands.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean methodologies and best practice principles.
• Ensure compliance with all operational processes, quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Support the delivery of business objectives through effective planning, problem solving and decision making.
