Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Control Tower Operator for our Wellingborough site to coordinate and monitor daily operations, ensuring service levels and customer requirements are met. You will work across warehouse, transport, planning and management teams to resolve issues and drive efficiency.

The role requires organised, proactive individuals with experience in logistics and SAP WMS, strong communication, and the ability to analyse information quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, transport, supply chain or environment.
• Experience on WMS SAP – essential.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and other operational systems.

Job Description

Location: Arvato Wellingborough
Salary: Up to£30,293.62 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 13.45pm- 22.15pm
Contract: Permanent
Working pattern: Fully onsite 40 hours per week

Are you organised, analytical and confident working in a fast-paced logistics environment? Arvato is looking for a Control Tower Operator to join our Wellingborough team and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

As a Control Tower Operator, you’ll act as a central point of coordination, monitoring operational activity, identifying issues and working with colleagues across the operation to ensure service levels and customer requirements are consistently achieved.
