Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL service provider in supply chain management and e-commerce. This hands-on Operations Team Leader role reports to the Operations Manager and drives day-to-day success, coordinating workflows, solving problems, and improving processes to meet service levels and quality standards.

You will lead a team, plan workloads, and use SAP to monitor activities, while ensuring strong people management and continuous improvements across the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience with computerised systems.
• Reliability and strong time management.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to take ownership and see tasks through.
• Experience in temperature-controlled environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to meet SLAs.
• Plan and distribute work orders to balance workloads.
• Coordinate daily operations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Be the first point of contact for process and technical issues.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure SLA compliance and service level performance.
• Use SAP to monitor activities and generate reports.
• Contribute to resource planning and staffing decisions.
• Maintain quality and service standards; support people management.
