Responsibilities

• Monitor activities in the designated area to follow policies.
• Support the team to meet internal SLAs.
• Provide training and first-line maintenance support.
• Supervise and delegate tasks in the absence of the supervisor.
• Adhere to health, safety and housekeeping policies.
• Keep training up to date and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Contribute to a clean, safe working environment with SQDIPE.
• Maintain pick/pack accuracy and SLA.
• Communicate procedures to team members; escalate issues.
