We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Control Standards and Processes Manager within the Group Chief Controls Oversight Office (GCCOO).
The GCCOO is a new oversight structure being set up to simplify and improve the effectiveness of controls through a centralised approach and proactively manage underlying risk in the First Line of Defence (1LOD).
This role will give you the opportunity to be at the forefront of HSBC’s global control transformation, driving consistency and effectiveness in risk management through a centralised oversight structure. You’ll play a pivotal part in shaping and embedding control standards and processes across the organisation, collaborating with diverse teams, and influencing strategic projects that impact the bank’s risk and control landscape.
