Job summary

Triumph Consultants Limited is seeking a Control Centre Operator to join the Sheltered Housing Team in Rugby. The role is office-based with a 37-hour week, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, and contracted for 1–2 months.

Key requirements include a valid driving licence with own vehicle and business insurance, and at least 1 year of customer service experience. Salary is £13.91 per hour PAYE.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls connected to the Control Centre and take the appropriate action to resolve them in line with policy and procedure.
• To call an ambulance, book an emergency visit or activate the Emergency Plan.
• Maintain and keep up to date accurate records of all residents, calls, incidents and equipment connected with Control Centre.
• Call out to clients ensuring information is up to date, taking calls from prospective new clients and programming equipment for installation and upgrade.

Control Centre Operator

Triumph Consultants are looking for a for a Control Centre Operator to join the Sheltered Housing Team to provide a dedicated, sensitive and responsive service to all customers who are connected or approach the Control Centre. Contract is for 1-2 months in Rugby.

Pay Rate: £13.91 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 37, Monday – Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Contract length: 1-2 Months

Location: Rugby, Warwickshire, CV21 2RR
