Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager (or Senior Project Manager) within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC).

Responsibilities

• Manage all contractual and commercial aspects of construction projects within the retail sector.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
• Lead negotiations, variations, and dispute resolution with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed budgets, timelines, and specifications.
• Monitor project performance, costs, and risks, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with site managers, project managers, quantity surveyors, and design teams to achieve project objectives.
• Implement and uphold company policies, health & safety standards, and best practices on all sites.
