Job summary

Artic Building Services Ltd is seeking a Contracts Manager in London to oversee high-profile M&E and Facilities Management contracts. You will be responsible for contractual, operational and financial performance, with support from department heads and CAFM training.

Role includes leading a team, ensuring KPI reporting quality, meeting targets, and maintaining client relationships. Hours are 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday; start asap; permanent position.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately estimate HVAC and Electrical work with departmental support on complex issues.
• Proven history of delivering robust performance and KPI reporting to clients.
• Proven track record of managing account P&L for multiple contracts.
• Ability to lead and foster a positive working environment.
• Solid organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong work ethic - results driven.
• Ability to multi-task job responsibilities.
• Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, CAFM – training provided.
• Experience in challenging Service + Maintenance environments, field and/or office.
• Commercially astute, driven and a self-starter.
• Ability to meet and exceed performance and commercial targets with support from Dept. Management.
• Demonstrate consistent due diligence.
