Artic Building Services Ltd is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee high-profile M&E and facilities management contracts across London and the Home Counties. You will manage budgets, deliver on KPIs, and lead the client relationship, with support from senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating HVAC and electrical work with departmental support for complex issues
• Delivery of KPI reports to clients with robustness and accuracy
• Proven track record managing account P&L across multiple contracts
• Ability to lead teams and foster a positive environment
• Strong organisational and time management, with attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Good work ethic with results focus
• Ability to multi-task responsibilities
• MS Word, Excel familiarity; CAFM training provided
• Experience in challenging service + maintenance environments
• Commercially astute, self-starter with client-focused attitude
• Meet and exceed performance and commercial targets with management support
• Maintain high standards of due diligence
• Adaptable to various works and contract demands
• Identify client needs and maximize sales opportunities
• HVAC experience & qualifications would be advantageous
• Ability to prioritise under tight deadlines
• Support with issues on projects, service and maintenance for key clients

Responsibilities

• Focal point to ensure contracts meet on-site service delivery standards
• Ensure safe works on site with H&S protocols and prompt escalation of issues
• Operate contracts per company procedures, KPI targets and work instructions
• Manage and report budgets and expenditure
• Keep compliance data up-to-date in all sites and back office
• Provide cost-effective, fit-for-purpose services within budgets
• Oversee staff conduct and escalate issues to Dept. Management
• Develop operating procedures to improve practice
• Meet key performance and management indicators
• Develop client relationships to retain contracts and future opportunities
• Provide detailed quotes with full scope and cost breakdown
• Conduct quality assurance inspections on a scheduled basis
• Self-audit CAFM reports weekly for accuracy
• Attend monthly contract review meetings and report to Head of Dept./Contract Managers
• Provide technical and administrative support to client and Artic staff
