You will oversee high profile acute contracts with financial and operational responsibility, reporting to the Business Unit Head. You will receive training and support from the Head of Dept.

and Helpdesk Manager, with core CAFM and contract operations training. Strong leadership, KPI reporting, budgeting, and multi-tasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high profile contracts.
• Strong budgeting and KPI reporting.
• Experience in M&E or facilities management is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contracts provide the required operational and technical service delivery on site.
• Manage budgets and expenditure across contracts.
• Provide detailed quotes with full scope and cost breakdown.
• Develop operating procedures and policies for best practices.
• Attend monthly contract review meetings and report to Head of Dept./Contract Managers.
