Job summary

Artic Building Services Ltd is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead high-profile M&E and Facilities Management contracts in London and the Home Counties. The role focuses on operational delivery, financial control, and client relationship management.

You will report to the Business Unit Head and work Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, at the Head Office. The role requires strong CAFM proficiency and a track record of meeting KPIs and targets.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating HVAC and Electrical work.
• Proven KPI reporting to clients.
• Proven track record managing account P&L for multiple contracts.
• Ability to lead and foster a positive working environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Results driven with strong work ethic.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Experience with CAFM and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contracts meet operational and technical service delivery standards.
• Manage budgets and expenditure.
• Ensure records and compliance data are up to date.
• Operate within budget constraints to provide cost-effective services.
• Oversee staff on contracts and escalate issues to management.
• Develop operating procedures and policies for best practices.
• Meet key performance indicators and client retention goals.
• Develop client relationships for future opportunities.
• Provide detailed quotes with cost breakdowns for contracts.
• Perform QA inspections and weekly reviews of CAFM reports.
